Eduardo Rojas
President & Chief Executive Officer
Hailed by the Dallas Morning News as “a pianist with considerable skill and force of personality,” Eduardo Rojas is an internationally acclaimed pianist, educator, and arts advocate whose work bridges high-level performance with meaningful community impact.
As a soloist, Mr. Rojas has performed with orchestras across North and South America, including the Richmond Symphony, National Symphony Orchestra of Colombia, Bogotá Philharmonic, Dallas Chamber Symphony, and numerous others. His international career has taken him to stages throughout Latin America, North America, and Asia, reflecting a deep commitment to cultural exchange through music.
While his performance career includes notable recordings—such as a live performance of Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No. 2 at the New World Center in Miami—and commercially released albums featuring both classical repertoire and Latin American works, Mr. Rojas’ primary focus has evolved toward using music as a vehicle for education, access, and social transformation.
As Founder of the Rojas Music Foundation, Mr. Rojas leads initiatives designed to expand equitable access to high-quality music education. His work centers on serving underserved communities through structured after-school programs, youth orchestras, and partnerships with Title I schools across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. These programs are designed not only to develop musical excellence, but also to foster discipline, confidence, teamwork, and cultural awareness in young students.
Through the Foundation, Mr. Rojas has developed youth orchestra programs that provide instruments, instruction, and performance opportunities to students who might not otherwise have access to music education. His vision emphasizes long-term impact—creating pathways for personal growth, academic engagement, and community connection through the arts.
In addition to his work in the United States, Mr. Rojas remains active internationally as a clinician and educator, leading master classes and collaborating with artists across the Americas. His efforts continue to strengthen cultural ties between North and South America through music education and performance.
Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, Mr. Rojas began studying piano at the age of five and later attended the University of Cauca before earning both an Artist Diploma and Master’s Degree in Piano Performance from Texas Christian University. His teachers have included renowned pianists such as Harold Martina, Veda Kaplinsky, and José Feghali.
Eduardo Rojas is an International Bösendorfer Artist and Yamaha Artist.
